Does YAHUAH Give Us A Purpose?

When considering the topic of "Purpose" and "How we all are created by The Most High (TMH) YAH" I've come to the conclusion that TMH definitely does give each and every one of us a purpose.

We should never say, "We don't have a purpose." or "We were created without purpose."

Instead let's consider the sun, the stars, the moon, the earth, the trees, the animals, the winds, and how everything that was ever created by TMH was created with a purpose in mind, a thing to do, with an assignment, and for a reason.

If this is the case, why then would TMH stop with man, and not give him/her purpose as well?

Why would purpose be assigned to everything he created, but not man?

It just doesn't add up.

We serve the One and Only, True and Living Elohiym. And he never does things just because. As if he had nothing else better to do. YAHUAH is an Elohiym that operates in decency, and in order.

And there is a purpose and a reason for everything He does. TMH moves in wisdom, knowledge, and understanding of all things. He consults with no one about no thing. That means everything he creates, he creates with full wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. That means he is more than able to see things from it's beginning stage... even before it's created.

In Genesis chapter one, when TMH said, "Let there be..." It was.

It was in the beginning that TMH looked down the time line, all the way through to the end (the TAV), and saw that it was good.

That means he saw what he created and everything pertaining to it and determined it was good, would serve it's purpose in the earth, and be beneficial to man.

It was for a purpose TMH created the sun, and set it in its place, it was for a purpose He formed the earth that was without form and void, and it was for a purpose TMH formed man from the dust of the ground.

If you're looking to find out your specific purpose or reason for living this life you have to be willing to seek out your answer from the One who created you, TMH YAH.

You seek him through prayer, fasting, and diligently studying his Word (Torah). Matthew 7:7 states, "Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and you shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you." When you ask him, he will reveal to you whatever you're seeking him for. He will give you instruction. He will also lead and guide you, but only when you do your part.

You must be willing to seek him in sincerity and genuineness. Search for him with your whole heart, and you will find him.

This is what happened with Solomon when TMH granted him wisdom to rule, and solidified him on David's throne. (1Kings 1:41-49 and 1Kings 3:5-11).

I believe people who are walking in their purpose are people who are willing...

  • to consider someone else

  • to pour into someone else

  • to help someone else develop and grow.

If you have a dream or a goal that you want to achieve it's good to note that they may not be your purpose. Dreams are often seen as being something you aspire to. They're rooted in imagination, often open ended, and provide inspiration.

Examples would be, " I want to be a best selling author." or " I want to travel the world."

Goals are practical actionable targets you set to make your dream a reality. They require planning, effort, and clear timelines. Goals give you specific tasks and milestones to reach your dream.

Example of goals is, "I will write 500 words a day." or "I will save $2,000 for my travel fund."

Your goals are tied to your dreams. Goals are what you put in place to help you bring your dream to fruition. But you purpose is your overarching reason for living. Your purpose is not just about what you do, but why you do it, and how you impact the world around you.

And so, I believe we should make it a top priority. To humbly connect with TMH, and sincerely ask him concerning our purpose and what he would have us to do. But while we wait for his answer, I believe we should be working. We should continue living our lives in righteousness. We should develop a closer walk with Abba YAH through study, prayer, and fasting.

And when we do this we align ourselves with TMH, are able to hear him clearly, and connect with him deeply. One thing I don't believe we should do is worry or become anxious because we don't know what our purpose is. I do believe it will naturally come in YAH's perfect timing.

  • Moses was working, tending to sheep when TMH appeared to him in a burning bush to go tell Pharoah to let his people go.

  • David was working, tending to sheep when he was called to be anointed as king of Yashar'el.

  • Enoch was in his house serving YAH when he was called to go, and teach the sons of men the Word of YAHUAH.

  • Elisha was working, plowing with twelve yokes of oxen when Elijah came by and placed the mantle on his shoulders as TMH's chosen prophet.

TMH created us with his word, and when his word goes forth it does not return to him void, but it accomplishes all he sent it out to accomplish.

And so, while we wait, we work.

And in YAH's perfect timing he will reveal to you the answers that you seek. And he will open the door of opportunity for you to walk in your YAH-given purpose, so you can do "the thing" he created you to do.

Just know, you can't demand your purpose & you can't earn your purpose. It's a something Abba YAH has placed inside of you. And when revealed... your purpose will give YAHUAH all the glory, all the honor, and all the praise.

There's nothing wrong with having dreams and aspirations or setting goals you want to achieve. Just know that they may not be your purpose. They may not be "the thing" Abba YAH has for you to do to glorify him in the earth.

And so, I say, wait on YAHUAH. Trust him. Believe his Word. Have faith that he hasn't forgotten about you. Whatever gift, talent, skill, or ability you have... put it to work knowing that in due time and in due season you will walk in your purpose and #LeaveHereEmpty

Until Next Time! 😊💕
